Patch stable_20604_reference_co_dir.diff is bow available

This patch add a ${SRCDIR} env variable. The name of a TestConfig was previously the same than the module name and the variable ${NAME} fit the same role. But With apycot 1.x the ${NAME} of a configuration is usealy unrelated to the name of the checked out directory
