python-libmed #177998 Handle more element types [validation pending]

When getting elements different than tria3, quad4 and hexa8 (e.g. tet10, a.s.o.), you get an "Unsupported element type" exception.

Looking at the code, I would rather use a regex to detect the number of nodes and raise an exception if the element type is malformed or unknown from the underlying med library, if possible. In the opposite case, we should complete the catalog of the med supported element types.
