Create an option page as described at https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/user_interface/Options_pages

Move to this option page all the parts of the UI that are not directly related to selecting a view for the current tab.

    The option page was done last run with 85faa553aa75331b7bb8d7917c77a4269ec6211e.

    As of today, the popup only opens the option page and no longer directly display it.
