Support of opacity is not implemented yet. It should be a float attribute of the Block class.
It won't be an easy task as we need to enable back-face culling (in order to fix display issues when opacity is lower than 1), but we want to disable back-face culling for plane meshes like slices (to be able to see slices whatever the point of view).
Furthermore, as normals are computed GPU side for light computations, enabling back-face culling will certainly result in display issues (triangles that are not drawn...).
