logilab-devtools #9590 support of categories in lgp check [resolved]

We should split the checks into separate directories in order to exclude more easily a set of check.

Exemple: lgp check --exclude=debian

This can be really useful in apycot

categories/check methods are defined in code directly (not based on external scripts) but we have a basic support to manage categories (set,include,exclude).
