A set of installer utilities, an index for tree-like structures.

Provides a set of installer utilities for plone 2.1.x products, and KeywordPathIndex, a catalog index type for tree-like structures. KeywordPathIndex is useful in its own right, but is mainly used with the ClassificationScheme product currently.
