Email [Python-projects] RegExp support for dummy-variables cfg

Hi there.

Could you please support regular expressions in dummy-variables from
[VARIABLES]?

I'm using names like unusedPath, unusedProcessHandle and the like to
mark them as unused and also to know what they actually contain in
case I'll need them someday.
