Among the three, Subversion is the only one I know.

But our firewall settings won't let svn pass, unless it is accessed with
the https protocol. (This is my experience with codespeak.net projects)

Actually, a regular snapshot (daily, weekly) of the development version
would fit most of my needs.

Since bugs are often quickly corrected once they are reported (thanks!),
I would not mind if there is no bug tracker: when I find a problem in
the latest version, it is a new bug for sure.
