I would gladly send a patch if I would have the time to study the
inner workings or PyLint or I wouldn't bee so behind the schedule with
my app :)

I reported this since I belived it was a bug, assuming (correctly it
seems ;) that you probably don't use files-output to notice it. The
patch I've done works perfectly for me, so if I would spend some time
on PyLint it would be to improve the lint results.
