[Python-projects] Format problems in the generated pylintrc file

With Pylint 0.4.1, Python 2.3.3, Windows XP.
I generated the configuration file using pylint --generate-rcfile.
The generated file contains some problems:
- several comments are not commented out : All lists after the lines "#check for
:"
Running Pylint with PYLINRC set to the file name, will cause Pylint to complain
about invation configuration file.
